photography business. 42nd has unbeatable prices, even rivalling eBay's notorious
deals. The only complaint that I did have was the shipping. That error was on
my part while ordering. The suggestion that I would give is to make the
ordering process cut and dry. If the order is missing critical information, the
site should not go further until the required information is put in. But, when
I did call and speak with Jonathan, he went above and beyond to make it right.
I would recommend 42nd St Photo to all my friends and family. Great company,
even better prices, and you have awesome customer service. That makes me a
loyal customer.”

was great. 42 Photo has great deals and the site is easy to navigate. However,
upon placing my order, I received a phone call to confirm my shipping method
and was offered a promotional deal on a discounted memory card for my newly-purchased
camera. I was a bit confused about the logistics on the different cards I could
pick from and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very short with me
and made it clear that "This isn't a sales call". I opted out of the
deal because I was confused and didn't care for the way he wouldn't take the
time to explain to me in better detail what was the difference in the cards.
Other than that, I received my package in good condition and I am happy with my
product.”
